Our clothing is made for treatment days and everyday life. Carefully placed zips and thumbholes can make access during treatment easier, while the shirred waistband and adjustable ankles offer comfort as your needs change.

Having to remove or significantly adjust clothing during treatment or an examination can feel uncomfortable and exposing. Our hoodie therefore features two chest zips—one on either side of the neck—which extend towards the underarms.
These provide access to either side of the chest or across the full chest area. High-quality, self-locking zips allow the wearer to open only as much of the garment as needed, helping them remain covered and feel more in control.
This feature may be helpful for breast and chest examinations, port access, ECG monitoring and breastfeeding.

Changes in weight, swelling, bloating and abdominal sensitivity can make conventional waistbands feel restrictive or uncomfortable. Our soft, flexible shirred waistband has been designed to adapt more gently to changes in the wearer’s body.
The feature was developed to accommodate a filling stoma bag without placing unnecessary pressure on it. Its flexibility may also provide additional comfort for pregnant women and people experiencing weight fluctuations, bloating or abdominal tenderness.
Whatever changes the wearer may be experiencing, the waistband is designed to move and adapt with them.

The thumbholes help keep the sleeves gently in place and maintain tension in the fabric when using the arm zips. This makes the zips easier to open and close, particularly for people with reduced mobility, dexterity or grip strength.
They also provide additional warmth and coverage for the hands, while remaining discreet when not in use.

Repeatedly removing clothing or rolling up tight sleeves can add unnecessary discomfort to appointments and treatments. Our discreet arm zips provide direct access to the arms while allowing the wearer to keep the rest of the garment in place.
The high-quality, self-locking zips give the wearer control over how much of the arm is exposed, helping them feel more comfortable and covered.
The arm openings may be particularly helpful for blood tests, cannulas, IV treatments, PICC line access, fistulas for dialysis and access to glucose monitors.

Our joggers feature openings along the outside of each leg. The high-quality, self-locking zips provide access from below the hip to the shin while allowing the wearer to decide how much of the leg they would like to expose.
Their positioning may support access for treatments such as Herceptin or corticosteroid injections, as well as leg examinations and wound care.
The openings may also make treatment, dressing and undressing more manageable for people experiencing reduced mobility, pain, discomfort or limited dexterity in their lower body.

Accessing the abdominal area can often require clothing to be lifted or removed, which may leave the wearer feeling exposed. Our lower-torso pouch zip provides convenient access to this area while helping the rest of the body remain comfortably covered.
This feature was designed with access to stoma bags, medical drains and injection sites in mind, as well as supporting abdominal examinations.
Our aim is to make access feel simpler and more discreet, while helping the wearer maintain a greater sense of privacy and dignity.

Swelling around the lower legs and ankles can make fixed or tightly cuffed trousers difficult and uncomfortable to wear. The drawcord at each ankle allows the wearer to choose between an open or gathered fit, depending on what feels most comfortable for them.
Alongside offering a choice of style, this feature provides greater flexibility for people experiencing lower-leg or ankle swelling, including oedema. It may also make accessing the lower leg and accommodating different footwear easier.
